Divs versus tables. class=blackbackground. Div followed by black table followed by wikitable. Note that the outside image wraps better with div versus table (narrow the window). Also, margins already exist for outside images versus inside images. For some reason in Wikia and Shoutwiki tables the padding and border styling competes with wikitable or blackbackground class. Removing the image does not help. With divs it is not a problem, and the order does not matter. Plainlinks only works in tables if there is only one set of styling. Another reason to put plainlinks in wrapping divs. See also here and here.
